What documentation do I need to set-up a merchant account with eMerchant Partner?

We work with several reputable US banks to set up your merchant account. This ensures you receive the exact payment solution requested at the lowest possible rate. Each bank has slightly different underwriting requirements. In general, be ready to provide:

  • Valid Government Issued ID for Business Owner
  • Most Recent Payment Processing Statement
  • Most Recent Business Bank Statement
  • Business Financials or Filed Tax Return
  • EIN Verification
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Voided Business Check

Once all the required documentation is received, we create a pre-filled Application for your review and signature. Upon return, your file is securely submitted to our bank's underwriting team. Once approval is received, we'll have you up and running quickly, safely and hassle-free!

My business wants to provide numerous payment options. In addition to credit and debit card processing, can I process electronic check payments as well?

100% Absolutely! Setting up an ACH account, where payment is made directly and electronically against a checking account instead of a credit or debit card, is a simple process. ACH is extremely affordable as well! Contact our office to have a knowledgeable team member walk you through the process.
